FAQ

What is LunZen?

LunZen is a philosophy for conscious living.
It brings together wellbeing, nature, movement, creativity and meaningful connection - encouraging us to slow down, become more aware and live with greater intention.
There is no single path or method to follow. LunZen is about discovering what genuinely works for you and bringing that awareness into everyday life.

Is LunZen for me?

LunZen is for anyone curious about wellbeing, self-discovery or simply experiencing life a little differently. You don't need any previous experience - just an open mind and a willingness to explore.

What happens on a LunZen retreat?

Every retreat is a little different. Expect a thoughtful mix of nature, gentle movement, creative practices,
good food, local experiences, meaningful conversations — and plenty of space to simply be.

Do I need experience in yoga or wellbeing practices?

Not at all. Everything is accessible to beginners, and you are always encouraged to work at your own
pace.

Do I have to take part in everything?

No. LunZen is an invitation, not an endurance test. Participate in what feels right for you - even those
rather refreshing cold-water dips are entirely optional.

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely. Come alone, with a friend, partner or as part of a group. Meeting people and creating genuine human connection is part of the experience.

Where do LunZen retreats take place?

Primarily in beautiful North Devon, surrounded by Exmoor, dramatic coastline and the British countryside. The landscape and local character are very much part of the LunZen experience.

What if it rains?
Can I speak to Alina before I decide?

Of course. You can arrange a complimentary initial conversation — a relaxed opportunity to ask
questions, explore what you're looking for and see whether LunZen feels right for you.

How do I book?

Simply get in touch through the website and tell us what you're interested in. We'll take it from there.

We are in England, after all. Activities can be adapted to the weather - and sometimes a little rain
simply becomes part of the adventure.

Are children and pets welcome?

At selected experiences, yes. Every retreat is different, so please check with us before booking.

What other experiences does LunZen offer?

Alongside retreats, LunZen offers individual sessions and workshops incorporating practices such as
yoga, somatic and fascia work, art-based practices, physiognomy, numerology and other approaches to self-exploration.

How do I know which session is right for me?

You don't have to know. Start with a conversation with Alina, and together you can explore what
approach may be most helpful for where you are now.

Is LunZen therapy?

LunZen focuses on wellbeing, conscious living and self-exploration. It does not replace medical care,
psychotherapy or other regulated healthcare.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the experience. Some workshops start from £15 per person, while retreats and individual
experiences are priced separately. You'll always know the full cost before you book.
